A Live History Lesson: Rotherfield School Visits Parliament

Pupils from Rotherfield Primary School explored the wonders of the Palace of Westminster and discovered more about the British political system, from how Parliament legislates, to what an MP does in the Chamber, in Westminster Hall, and in Committees.

Nus Ghani meets Education Minister to discuss Fletching Consultation

Nus Ghani’s last act as MP for Wealden in this parliament, was to represent Fletching Church of England Primary School to the Education Minister, Department for Education in relation to East Sussex County Councils consultation on the future of Fletching Primary School.


Last month, local MP Nus Ghani met with residents in Fletching Village Hall to discuss the East Sussex County Council consultation regarding the future of Fletching Primary School. 

Ghani Ambassador Programme

I have thoroughly enjoyed students from schools across the constituency such as Uplands, UCTC and Hailsham Community College, joining my team in Westminster for work experience over the past few years and will be running the Ghani Ambassador Programme again this year.
