Nus Ghani Pledges to Support British Brewing And Pubs

Nus Ghani has added her name to the British Beer & Pub Association’s list of MPs who are supportive of brewing and pubs in the UK. This sector is a major contributor to both the national and local community, with pubs and brewing accounting for almost 900,000 jobs across Britain.

Nus Ghani Participates in ‘Swearing in’ Ceremony

On Thursday 15th June I swore an oath of allegiance to the Crown. This process – known as ‘swearing in’ – dates back to the Promissory Oaths Act of 1868 and all Members of the House of Commons are required to participate before they can take their seats in Parliament.

Nus Ghani re-elected as MP for Wealden

Nus Ghani was re-elected as the MP for Wealden with the largest vote share ever secured for the constituency with 37,027 residents voting for Nus, leading to a majority of 23,628.
