The Labour Government recently accepted proposals from East Sussex County Council and neighbouring West Sussex County Council and Brighton and Hove City Council to establish a Mayoral Combined County Authority for Sussex as part of the Government plans for devolution.
A public consultation has been launched and will run until 13th April.
