If you're advised to self-isolate, you can now obtain a note to send to your employer. You can access the isolation note generator via the NHS app or online at https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/ .
Employers must accept isolation notes generated via the NHS website.
Everyone is advised not to visit their GP, pharmacy or hospital if they are self-isolating.
